A friendly, 9 hole golf course set in a quiet scenic, country valley north west of Wellington.
The majority of background noise you will hear is birds chirping or the neighbouring horses or sheep ! Hardly any traffic and there is only 1 hole that runs along the road.
We are open to the public as well as offering reasonable membership.
Located about 10 minutes drive from the Wellington suburb of Johnsonville, Ohariu Valley is a very well maintained 9 hole course that actually has 10 greens and 18 tees.
There are a few good uphill walks but the course is relatively short so allows good scope for the less athletic and more social golfers. We hold regular club events and the public are encouraged to ask members about joining information.
