WE WILL HAVE SOME PUTTING TIPS BEFORE PLAY WITH OUR NZPGA GOLF PROFESSIONAL HALDANE LEE FOLLOWED BY 9 HOLES OF 2 PERSON AMBROSE AND THEN UP TO THE CLUBHOUSE FOR DRINKS, SNACKS AND A CHIT CHAT.

Thames Golf Club
Thames is a country golf club incorporating all the best features of country clubs - open, friendly, and welcoming. The course is 6 kilometers south of Thames on the Thames - Paeroa Road, immediately past the Kopu-Hikuai intersection.
The course is open for play nearly every day of the year. The shop is manned daily between 8.30 and 4.30, and visitors are always assured of a warm welcome.
Facilities are available for overnight stays for self - contained vans making Thames a great play and stay venue.
The 18 hole course is a mixture of flat and hilly holes and contains a variety of challenges including long par fours (the 15th off the blue tees is a special challenge), elevated tees and greens, some narrow tree lined fairways and other more open expanses. We are proud of our greens, and you will find them fair but interesting and challenging.
We also offer a nine hole flat course for those who want a less demanding walk, or with limited time.
