Futures Event

Junior Open

Futures Opens are a stroke play event played over 18, 9 or 6 holes, depending on your ability. They are a great way to get out on the golf course and playing in the regional events. These types of events are also on the Golf New Zealand and Tasman Golf Talent Development radar for the players who play 18 holes. For the 9 and 6 hole divisions, it is a great way to have some fun with friends and make new connections. 18 hole divisions are Strokeplay and Nett, 9 and 6 holes is Strokeplay and split across handicap and non handicap players. We now have 9 hole yellow tees option to start to transition off the short course and up to the longer tees.

Marlborough Golf Club

Established in 1900 and situated amongst the vines, it is the finest golf course at the top of the South.

Course Features

Marlborough Golf Club offers fun and challenges to all levels of golfers, going out of bounds is not hard, especially if you have a slice. There's not too many bunkers but there are lakes and creeks to be aware of, and a couple of moderate hills on the front nine and then of course the usual trees spread throughout.

They say hit long and straight and you will be fine, you are sure to enjoy this superb course.

Club Features

JD Sprig Bar is open for freshments Monday to Sunday, toilets and shower facilities are available during opening hours.

Motorised carts and trundlers are available for hire.
